As for the tile and grout disaster, who would have thought that the badly discolored dirty grout would ever be able to be ‘resurrected’ back to its original color; but, Omg it happened! However, with the top layer of the grout damaged due to tenants’ extremely inappropriate attempt to clean, Mr. Comber ethically suggested NOT to seal the grout. Sealing the grout would have put more money in Mr. Comber’s pocket when he walked out of the door; but, it would not have been ethically correct!

In closing, my new tenants are elated with both the carpet and tile/grout cleaning since they had viewed the home before while the home was still occupied by the previous tenants. Mr. Comber was kind enough to recommend a common everyday inexpensive easily available product to mop and correctly clean the tile and grout. My tenants are so appreciative, as I am, and plan to follow though.

I have had Superior Carpet clean my oriental rugs before and it has been a couple of years since the last cleaning. I was amazed how beautiful they came out. I also had them clean the wall to wall carpet in the bedroom and that came out great and last but not least the tile. The tile and grout came out like new. I would recommend them in a heart beat!! Great Job!!

I was completely amazed the beautiful job that Bill and his men did on the tile throughout my house. My bathroom grout was darkened because of hairspray and I thought no one could restore it to its original color (almond).I was in my lanai watching and was amazed at the dirt he got out of the grout in my living room area. This company has cleaned the carpet and upholstery in my house – they also came to clean the carpets in the church I work at and did an outstanding job. These carpets had not been cleaned in over 10 years and even had glue on them – everything came out beautifully. They are pleasant, efficient, reasonably priced and professional. I have a 2 year old Yorkie which has had issues with the potty training. I did have quite a few stains from that. These people got more of the stains out than I expected. They are extremely nice and they even found a quarter that my husband and I didn’t know was on the floor but they didn’t take it. They laid it on the coffee table. Outstanding service and very trustworthy. I would definitely hire them again.

Bill has been cleaning my area rugs for 10+ years. He takes them out of the house and returns them after a shaking and cleaning. They look and feel like brand new every time. He has also cleaned the window treatment across my wall of lanai doors. They too still look like new. Tile and grout cleaning in the master shower really made it shine like new. We had our carpet and tile cleaned on May 12th. There were some stains on the carpet and they explained that those would probably not come up. Totally honest assessment of the job. When they were done the carpet was clean and looked great. The stains they told me about did not come up. They were like bleach stains. But the carpet looked nice. The tile and grout looked amazing. If you want someone reliable and honest you don’t have to look beyond Superior.

We called Superior on the recommendation of a friend. Originally, just to clean our grout & tile. However, after talking with Bill, we choose to also have our carpets cleaned. They do “excellent” work, they were very informative and I would HIGHLY recommend them! We are very pleased with all the cleaning we had done.

Superior Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Inc. has been our tile and carpet cleaning company since 2007. They are professional, honest and dependable. The results of their work are fantastic. My husband and I are fairly neat and have no pets so I always thought that every other year was perfect for having the carpet and tile professionally cleaned. In 2009 when Superior came to do our tile and carpet, Bill Comber, owner, advised that we probably only needed them to come about every three years. How’s that for honesty.

In 2013 we moved to a newly renovated home with brand new tile. We called Superior to come in and seal the new tile before we moved in and to clean our area rugs. Bill timed it so Superior picked up our area rugs before we moved and after they were cleaned brought them to our new home just prior to the movers bringing in our furniture. Quick and dried fast. No spots left after carpet dried, which is different from my experience in the past from Stanley Steamer.

Cleaned 2 BR carpets, 2 walk-in closets, and 2 area rugs, one they took to shop. Returned it to my home.
